Hip Hop

Anna Lee School of Dance offers Hip Hop classes that cater to various ages and abilities. We focus our approach on being supportive, positive and fun to help our student’s love of dance grow.

Our Hip Hop classes are held in both Papanui and Halswell. Within our classes students are introduced to the many different styles within the hip-hop genre, with a focus on strengthening technique that helps supports this style.

Hip Hop students have the opportunity to participate in NZAMD Medal Awards and our annual End of Year Recital.

Students may also have the opportunity to audition for a place in our competitive Hip Hop Crew and to take have private coaching for solo competitions.
